Henna Brow Tint
Henna Brow Tinting is a highly requested service since women desire a full brow look, and many women struggle with sparse brows due to age, aggressive hair removal or poor care.
Why Henna Brows?
For those of us who prefer a more natural approach, Henna is vegan, natural, and the Henna Brow Tint does not contain ammonia or lead. It comes in 5 brow henna tint colors, and your optimal color can be achieved by custom mixing multiple colors. The service includes an exfoliating brow treatment to clear blockages to hair growth and provide a clean base so the tint has greater longevity.
Benefits of Henna Brows
Henna brow tint eliminates or shortens your morning makeup because it reduces the need to fill in the brows with pencil or powder. It colors brow hair, adds definition to the brow shape, makes brows look fuller by coloring "baby hairs" or pale little hairs and the skin underneath to provide dimension, even where hair has stopped growing.
Henna has been so used successfully for brows because it is longer lasting and more effective at coloring hair and the skin underneath than traditional tints. The soft, powdery finish gives a natural look that lasts 4 - 6 weeks; henna on skin may last about 2 weeks. Added bonus: Henna is also helpful for brow growth!
Who Can Have Henna Brows?
Henna Brows work for many women. Sensitive and dry skins do particularly well. Those with oily skin find it fades out quicker than normal to dry skin types. As such, you'll need use to avoid using products with oil on and near your newly henna tinted brows.
Pregnant and nursing women will need clearance from their health care provider. Women undergoing cancer treatments will need to wait a few months until after treatment.
Brides and bridal parties do well with the treatment, however since I advise clients to start out a bit darker (so it lasts longer), its best to have your treatment about a week before your event, so it fades into the color you want.
The Henna Brow Treatment can be added to the Brow Design for those who need a proper shape, or Brow Touch Up for a clean line to an existing shape.
