You'll receive;

- the In-person face yoga workshop to learn face yoga exercises for your own daily practice.  We'll cover forehead, eye area, mouth, cheeks, jawline and neck. 

- Two Private Coaching Sessions, your choice of in-person or via Zoom, scheduled within 30 days of the Workshop. These 30 minute sessions help you feel more confident in doing the Face Yoga poses, solidify your progress and develop a regular practice by providing accountability to your own personal coach, correction of form, and alternative solutions to challenging poses. You'll receive a recording of each of the Private Coaching Sessions so you can review as many times as you like.
