Lateness, Cancellation, Service Changes and Rescheduling Policy

The time you book is reserved just for you. 

By giving inadequate notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that time.  Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other client's time, and I want this experience to remain a relaxing environment for you and all clients.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, please keep in mind that I'll need to -

a.  shorten the service or class so we finish on time, and you will be responsible for full payment of the service(s) booked.

b.  or reschedule your reserved time and charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the amount of the services booked. 

If you wish to change, cancel or reschedule your reserved service or class, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged a fee equal to 50% of the amount of  the services/classes booked.  No-shows will be charged the full amount of the services/classes booked.  

Mandatory Client Forms & Pre-Visit Instructions

Please complete your forms at least 24 hours before your service or class so we have the maximum amount of time for your service of class rather than paperwork.  

New Facial Client?  Complete the New Client Form.

Returning Facial Client?  Complete the Returning Client Form even if it was a recent visit.

Online Face Yoga+Massage Client?  Complete this form

Your information is confidential, and will be submitted securely when you click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.  Successful submissions show a Thank You page.
